Arizona-based producer Philichordia releases their 12-track album ‘Distant’ on Insight Music.
We welcome Philichordia to the Insight label with their latest album release ‘Distant’. Featuring a mix of electronica genres and artists such as Felimos, Soular Order and Ivmeadows, the album focuses around the ‘Drum & Bass’ style, a genre not yet recognised on the Insight label.
The latest album release from Philichordia is one that will impress a variety of fans with its unique blend of ambient soundscapes, signature drum & bass style, collaborations and much more. ‘Distant‘ is an album that features everything we have come to love with underground electronica.
Philichordia is the alias of Thomas W., a producer, pianist and community contributor. He has been an avid supporter and contributor towards our community since December 2017 when their early release ‘Snow’ landed on Bandcamp. From there, the artist has continued to impress with a series of releases on the influential lofi and experimental label Beatsupply. Many will know about my respect for Soular Order as a friend and fellow community supporter. Their music can be found 21 times across our YouTube channel. Their iconic cover of TLC’s ‘No Scrubs’ was one of our early promotions back in May 2013. Having the pleasure to once again work with Soular Order in releasing their music has been an absolute pleasure.
